Reservation / Motel Policies

  • AGE REQUIREMENT FOR RESERVATION:  Minimum age requirement is 18 years. 
  • PAYMENT: Payment is required at check-inn
  • THIRD PARTY RESERVATION NOTE (including Expedia and Booking.com partners): Guest with a third-party reservation will need to contact the third party for any modifications to the reservation.
  • Late Check-In Instructions: Office doors are locked from 10PM to 8AM. For check-in after 10:00PM please ring the doorbell by the door and someone can come help you thru the night registration window.
  • STRICT CANCELLATION POLICY:  Cancellations MUST be made at least 24 hours prior to your arrival date. Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the date of arrival will result in a charge of one nights stay (Including Tax).
  • PETS: Pets are allowed in designated rooms. There is a $15 Pet Fee per night for each pet.
  • DATE CHANGES:  Changing reservation arrival or departure date may affect your nightly rate.
  • ADDITIONAL ROOMS: Please note rate may change based on inventory.
  • EARLY DEPARTURES: We are sorry, but we are unable to give a refund for early departures.
  • WEATHER: We do not offer refunds or free cancellations due to weather.
  • CHECK-IN: After 3:00 P.M.  |  CHECK-OUT: By 11:00 A.M.
  • CAMPFIRES AND FIREWORKS: Are not allowed on property.
  • SMOKING: Smoking/Vaping in rooms is not allowed.
  • ROLLAWAY BEDS available for $15 each/per day; based on availability.
  • HOLIDAY/FESTIVAL WEEKENDS may require a 2 night minimum stay.
